1. What we collect
When you place an order, we collect:
  • Your email address (for order confirmation and delivery)
  • Your name (for payment receipt)
  • The photos or designs you submit for processing
  • Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.
2. How we use your data
  • To generate your ordered product photos
  • To send you order confirmation, delivery, and revision emails
  • To issue refunds if requested
We do NOT use your photos for AI training. We do NOT sell, share, or publish your product images or designs without your explicit written permission.
3. Data storage and deletion
  • Your uploaded photos and generated images are stored securely on fal.ai CDN during processing
  • All files are permanently deleted 7 days after delivery
  • Order records (email, product type, amount) are retained for accounting purposes — 5 years as required by EU law
  • You can request immediate deletion of all data at any time: email hello@modelstage.io
4. Your rights (GDPR)
As an EU-based service, you have the right to:
  • Access all data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing of your data
  • Data portability

5. Cookies
Our website does not use tracking cookies. Stripe may place a session cookie during checkout for security — this is Stripe's functionality, not ours.

Terms of Service

1. Service description
ModelStage provides AI-generated product photography. You send us a photo of your product or design. We generate professional-quality images using AI models. Results are delivered via email download link.
2. Orders and payment
  • All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable
  • Payment is processed upfront via Stripe
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment
3. Delivery
  • Standard delivery: within 24 hours of receiving your reference photo
  • Full menu orders (15 dishes): within 48 hours
  • Delivery times are estimates. We'll notify you of any delays
4. Revisions and refunds
  • Each order includes one free revision round
  • Describe what you want changed and we'll re-generate
  • Additional revisions: 50% of the original order price
  • Full refund if you're not satisfied after the first revision
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
5. Acceptable use
You may not use ModelStage to generate:
  • Illegal or harmful content
  • Adult or explicit material
  • Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
  • Misleading or fraudulent product representations
We reserve the right to refuse service for any violation of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
  • Your inputs: You retain all rights to the photos and designs you submit
  • Generated outputs: Upon delivery and full payment, you own all rights to the generated images. You may use them for any commercial purpose
  • Our models: The AI models (Elena, Marcus, Camila) remain ModelStage intellectual property. You may not extract, replicate, or reverse-engineer them
7. Limitations
ModelStage provides AI-generated images. While we strive for high accuracy, AI generation has inherent variability. Colors, textures, and details may not match your reference exactly. Our revision and refund policies cover these cases.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.
